Thank you for shopping at Crazy Little Thing Bridal Boutique. We hope that you had a wonderful experience and we truly want you to be delighted with your purchase. The following terms and conditions are to ensure that your experience with us is fair and reasonable. The terms of these policies do not affect your statutory rights and if you have any questions please email us on info@crazylittlething.co.uk. ORDERING:

All customer orders require to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 50 per cent of the full price of the total value of goods ordered. No orders will be processed, and no work will be done until the 50 per cent deposit is paid AND signed order form is received. If the deposit is paid by cheque, the order will not be processed until the funds are cleared. The 50 per cent deposit must be paid in full six months before the wedding date, or at the time of order if you are ordering later than that. As work will commence by both our suppliers and Crazy Little Thing Bridal Boutique as soon as the deposit is received, this deposit will not be refundable or transferable at a later date, or in the event of cancellation of the wedding. No apportionment shall be made in respect of the refund of any deposit. Deposits may be paid by instalments, by prior arrangement with Crazy Little Thing Bridal Boutique. However, the price can only be guaranteed and once the 50 per cent deposit has been paid. The order form and deposit will secure an order at the price stated on the signed order form. However, this may be subject to additional costs or surcharges as outlined below. If you cancel your order at any time for any reason and we are in possession of the goods or we are unable to cancel from our suppliers, you will have to pay the agreed price in full. Sale Gowns/accessories bought cannot be returned or any monies refunded. Sold as Seen. For hygiene reasons All accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.

SIZING:

During your appointment, your measurements will be taken (gowns are made to order and not made to measure). These will enable us to select the most appropriate size for your gown, according to our suppliers’ size charts. If your measurements fall outside standard sizes, we will notify you of our recommendation before we place your order. The additional cost varies from designer to designer. It should be noted that gowns larger that a size 18 (UK), gowns requiring extra length or gowns requiring delivery of less than the normal 14 weeks will incur a surcharge. Again, this surcharge will vary from designer to designer. If you have not been informed of the cost at the time of your appointment, your will be notified by post within 14 days, and we will also notify you if we are aware of any additional costs or surcharges. Crazy Little Thing Cannot and will not accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the customers size and body shape.

MODIFICATIONS:

Any modification to design are subject to a surcharge from the manufacturer which will be charged to the client. This surcharge is not always known at the time of your order but will normally be confirmed within 14 days.

AVAILABILITY:

We cannot guarantee availability until we receive written confirmation from our suppliers, as designs and styles may change without Crazy Little Thing Bridal Boutique being notified in advance. Acceptance of a signed order form and 50 per cent deposit does not guarantee availability. We believe goods are available from our suppliers at time of order, but we do not accept liability should the supplier inform us the required size, design or style is no longer available. We will undertake to notify customers by telephone within 14 working days of the order form and 50 per cent deposit being refunded should your choice not be available. If you cannot be contacted by telephone, we undertake to notify you in writing within 14 days.

DELIVERY:

Although we aim to have your order in plenty of time for your wedding or special event, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and we accept no liability for late delivery by suppliers or third parties. We recommend that orders are requested for delivery at least 70 days before the wedding date. Please note that we do not store dresses.

FINAL PAYMENT:

We shall inform you by email or by phone, of the balance to be paid, and this sum should be paid within 14 days. You should be aware that, by placing and order for a dress, you are entering into a contract which is legally binding on both parties. Should you not settle the balance of the price within 14 days, you will be in breach of this contract. We would therefore have the right to insist on the payment of the balance, or to terminate the contract and claim damages against you for the losses incurred as a result of your failure to make payment. Interest on late payments at 5% above The Bank of Scotland base lending rate from the date payment became due until payment is received. This may involve court action being taken against you. You should not place an order if you are unable to meet the price stated during your initial appointment, subject to additional costs and surcharges. The goods will remain property of Crazy Little Thing Bridal Boutique until payment is received in full for all goods ordered, together with any additional casts or surcharges. We undertake to arrange a fitting of the dress once the balance has been settled.

FITTING:

Our aim is to give each client the very best personal service possible. With this in mind we have found that Saturday’s are too busy to give our full attention to fittings, therefore in the interests of our customers we may not carry out fittings on Saturdays. Once the balance has been paid and the dress has been fitted to your satisfaction, you will be asked to sign a Satisfaction Note indicating you are happy with the goods. We will not discuss any complaint about the quality or fitting of the dress once it has left our premises, and we are not liable for any damage or loss to the dress in being transported from our premises to your home.
